How it began

A quiet sort
of certainty

It wasn't loud, the way it started. No fireworks, no single unforgettable line. Adam and Lora simply kept choosing the same weekend plans, the same table at the same small restaurant, the same trail when neither of them could sleep.

Somewhere between a wrong turn in the mountains and a birthday cake that arrived twenty minutes late, it stopped feeling like coincidence. A garden, a ring, a lot of happy tears later — they're asking the people who mean the most to them to be there on the seventh of July.

Where to be, and when

The venues

Two addresses, one evening — a short, easy drive between them.

Departing — the ceremony

Chapel of Dar El Zahra

A small stone chapel above the city, known for its arched windows and the particular quiet just before a ceremony begins.

Address & arrival

Rue des Oliviers, Beirut. Doors open at 18:45 and close at 19:00 — the walk up is short but uphill, so a little extra time helps.

Parking & transport

Valet is available at the chapel gate. If you're being dropped off, ask your driver for Rue des Oliviers.

Attire

Garden formal. The chapel floor is old stone, so a low heel will treat you kindly.

Arriving — the reception

Villa Cedra

A private garden villa on the water in Minet El Hosn, held for the evening — cocktails outside, dinner and dancing in.

Address & arrival

Minet El Hosn, Beirut. Doors open at 20:00, straight after the ceremony — no need to rush between the two.

Parking & accommodation

Valet at the main gate. A small block of rooms is held at a nearby hotel for out-of-town guests — message Adam or Lora for the booking code.

Dress code

Cocktail attire. The terrace is grass, so a block heel is the wiser choice.
